My first session with you
In our first session, we will focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and open communication. I will take the time to listen to your story, understand your concerns, and discuss your goals for therapy. We will work together to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. This initial session will also provide an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and determine if we are a good fit to work together on your journey toward healing and personal growth.
