My name is Marjorie Landron and I am an LCSW licensed in NV and FL. I am trained in EMDR, Parts, and Memory Therapy, and I am an Anger Management Specialist. I specialize in trauma, couple conflicts, depression, grief, and anxiety.
My approach
I often use CBT, but incorporate ACT, SFT, EMDR, Parts and Memory Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
My focus
I work with all clients who are ready for a change. I often work with couples who need guidance to reach their goals and resolve conflicts. I work with women who need empowerment, I also work with business owners and entrepreneurs to help with business and personal life goals. I also work with Military families and veterans and have experience in this area over 30 years.
My communication style
I am very straightforward but also have the delicacy to acknowledge and meet my clients where they are mentally in the moment. I do not pressure anyone, will never tell my clients what to do, and will remain unbiased.
My journey to mental healthcare
I enjoy being a therapist because I am a healer. I enjoy helping others with coping skills and minimizing their emotional attachment to traumatic memories and experiences and I simply like to see my clients succeed.
My goals for you
Goal setting is set in the first few sessions and we choose the goals together.
My first session with you
I will introduce myself, and my specialties, and ask questions about my client's past and their reasons for seeking therapy.
