Hi, my name is Marchella Carter a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with over 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I have experience treating co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, anger, anxiety, panic, adjustment disorder, unresolved family issues, and trauma. My approach
I have more of an eclectic theoretical approach, but I most commonly utilize Cognitive behavioral/processing, Solution-focused, Stress management, Biofeedback, and Reality in my practice.

I have experience working with Depression, Anxiety, Unresolved family issues, Self-esteem issues, Poor emotion regulation, Adjustment-related issues, and Anger management.

My journey to mental healthcare
The desire to lead, help, and assist has always been something, I found myself naturally doing. My desire to help youth was my driving force as that desire grew into not just wanting to help youth, but others in difficult stages of their life as I understood we all go through them at times. Lastly, I the grateful to others for allowing me into their world to help as I watch their progress and growth as they overcome life challenges.
