I am Suzanne Brabant, LCSW, and have been a social worker for 27 years. I utilize solution-focused therapy while working with a wide range of clients, from adolescents to the elderly, individuals, and couples.
My approach
My approach to therapy is to start where you are. Once I learn a little more about you, we start working towards your goals. My approach utilizes Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Person-Centered, Strength-Based, Client-Centered Therapy, Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness-Based, Multidimensional Family Therapy, Solution Focused, Supportive, Behavioral Activation, Child/Parent Psychotherapy, Marital, and many more.

I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I work with individuals and couples.

I try to create a calm environment for you to thrive in. We establish this thru mutual respect and active listening.

I love being a social worker. It is who I am. I want to be able to see others grow and become the best version possible of themselves.

We will work on goals for therapy after a few sessions to determine what your goals are and how will we meet them.
My first session with you
During the first session, we will learn more about each other. You will have the chance to ask questions of me and the therapy process.
