With a Master's in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and Master’s in Education from Walden University extensive experience in mental health through internships and working for community service agencies as well as private agencies. I bring a diverse skill set to the field. During my internship at Awareness Counseling Agency in Greenacres, FL, I conducted intakes, developed treatment plans, and facilitated individual and group sessions. Fluent in Haitian Creole, I'm adept at addressing cultural and linguistic needs. With a background in psychology and a focus on emotional and behavioral disorders, I'm passionate about empowering individuals to overcome challenges and thrive.
My approach
I bring compassion, empathy, and self-awareness to my clients to help through the healing process. I apply solution-focused therapy, CBT, psychotherapy, trauma-focused therapy to name a few.
My focus
I have worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and adult clients on a variety of mental health issues. My specialties are in couples therapy, women's issues, anxiety, depression, pregnancy infant loss, trauma, ADHD, and stress management.
