I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with over 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist and a certified life coach. I have experience working with individuals who have struggled with many challenges stemming from depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, cognitive and behavioral issues, and familial and societal issues.

My approach

My counseling style is founded in Person-Centered counseling combined with cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and rational emotive counseling.

I have assisted individuals work through challenges related to family conflicts, grief, intimacy-related issues, self-esteem, Bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD.
