My approach
My therapy approach combines evidence-based practices tailored to the individual needs of my clients. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy, particularly in trauma-focused work like EMDR.

I am EMDR certified with a major focus on trauma, suicidal ideations, depression, self-esteem, and anxiety. My focus could range from managing acute crises to helping clients navigate complex mental health issues in private practice, such as trauma, anxiety, or stress-related disorders

As an LCSW therapist, my communication style would be centered around empathy, active listening, and validation. I aim to create a non-judgmental, safe space where clients feel heard and respected.
