Most of the time, clients have a clear idea about what they want to achieve in therapy. However, when a client feels confused, I provide guidance to help them clarify and establish clear therapeutic goals.

Our first session will allow us to get to know each other. This initial meeting gives you the opportunity to share information that helps me better understand your concerns. I will ask questions to assess your situation and gain a deeper understanding of your needs. We will also discuss your expectations for therapy and how the therapeutic process works.
