I approach different evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavior therapy, Solution Focus, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, and Mindfulness to better fit each individual client's needs.

I work with adults helping them overcome emotional distress related to anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, separation, and other emotional challenges.

I help my clients set meaningful goals and work toward the changes they want to see in their life. The therapy process allows them to eliminate internal conflicts, achieving a clear and peaceful mind.

Having therapy goals is a crucial part of the therapeutic process. These goals serve as a guide to achieve what the client needs to heal. Most of the time, clients have a clear idea about what they want to achieve in therapy. However, when a client feels confused, I provide guidance to help them clarify and establish clear therapeutic goals.
My first session with you
Our first session will allow us to get to know each other. This initial meeting gives you the opportunity to share information that helps me better understand your concerns. I will ask questions to assess your situation and gain a deeper understanding of your needs. We will also discuss your expectations for therapy and how the therapeutic process works.
