My communication style
I will partner with each client to create a welcome, open, safe environment to share and together assess what is happening now and what the client would like to focus on for change.
My journey to mental healthcare
I always wanted to be a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and wanted to find ways to help bridge the gap of communication with children, teens, and adults opening the door to vulnerability, fear, and shame and transforming it together into a new super power for growth and change.
My goals for you
I partner with each client to create an individualized treatment plan and goals from their life experience and what they choose to work on for growth and success.
My first session with you
The first session is an intake session and will be inclusive of an introduction, hopes, expectations, review of the intake biopsychosocial assessment, and identification of the problem(s) and goal development. I help clients take a break from self-doubt and worry to stop fear from getting in the way of a healthy and happy you!
