Hi, I'm Brianna Brown, LCSW. My approach to therapy includes collaborative, integrated, and psychodynamic. My focus areas are to assist clients with processing their feelings and complicated situations, understanding their current qualities to succeed, and processing impactful behaviors.
My approach
My therapeutic approach is solution-focused, client-centered counseling, and cognitive behavior therapy. I provide help to individuals who are having trouble processing their mental health diagnosis, self-empowerment, and life transitions. You aren't alone, you are heard, I can help you!
My focus
Over the years I have serviced clients who have experienced anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, women's issues, mood disorders, LGBTQIA+, and psychosis.
My communication style
I strive to create and maintain an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative environment that is safe and embraces all cultures and backgrounds. I help my clients understand that I am not here to judge and they are not alone as they work on themselves.
