I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the States of Florida and Rhode Island.
My approach
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Solution Focused and Trauma-Informed Care.
My focus
My experience includes working with individuals with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and end of life.
My communication style
I make sure to create a nonjudgmental environment where the client is in control of the session. As a therapist, my most important goal is for my clients to know that they are being heard.

The main reason I became a therapist was to advocate for those who are unable to do it for themselves.

I approach goal setting with clients during our first session by allowing the client to prioritize their issues in order of importance to them.
My first session with you
During our first session, we will establish rapport. Address any questions or concerns you may have about me and the treatment modalities I utilize. We will also address your priorities and begin creating a treatment plan specific to your needs.
