I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and New York with 13 years of experience. I specialize in helping adults who experience a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflicts, relationships troubles, life stressors, and life transitions. I understand that life can be challenging and overwhelming at times, and I'm here to help you navigate through those moments. My goal is to empower clients by giving them the tools that they need to cope with life’s challenges and find happiness and fulfillment. I help clients build resilience by focusing on strengths, possibilities, and opportunities rather than just problems.
My approach
My various experience includes but is not limited to working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship problems, self-esteem, or everyday struggles. In therapy, I utilize evidenced based theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused modalities, and a strength-based approach to help my clients define and achieve their goals.
My focus
I work with clients who are looking to improve their communication skills and relationships. My goal is to give you the tools to learn how to communicate effectively with others so that you can have satisfying relationships. I believe the most important relationship is the one you have with yourself. Therefore, one of my main interests is helping empower clients through developing self-care routines and positive self-talk.
