My approach
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, often seeking training in various modalities to best serve my clients. I am trained in EMDR, Neurofeedback, and Prepare and Enrich for premarital and marriage assessments. My therapeutic style draws from attachment-based therapy, biofeedback, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, and family therapy.

I work well with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in treating issues related to adolescents/teens, adoption, anger management, anxiety, behavioral issues, codependency, coping skills, depression, family conflict, impulsivity, OCD, oppositional defiance, panic attacks, school issues, stress, and trauma/PTSD.

My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master of Science degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, FL between August 2014 and December 2019. My clinical experience includes working at the Center for Trauma Counseling from January 2018 to January 2021, Sequel Care of Florida from December 2019 to March 2022, and Remedy Therapy from February 2021 to August 2021.
