My specialties include anger management, anxiety, depression, career counseling, family conflict, behavioral issues, impulsivity, and coping skills. My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to mental healthcare began with a deep desire to help others navigate life's challenges and find healing and wholeness. I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Education with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida, where I gained a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and client-centered care. Since then, I've been dedicated to empowering individuals and families to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and thrive.
