My name is Cindi Carnes and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 30 years of experience in mental health, working with clients of all ages. I will work to help you tap into your own inner strengths to find self-direction to address the challenges you may be facing in your life.
My approach
I use evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and intentional interviewing. I'm here to support you in your journey to navigate through tough times to overcome the challenges you may be facing.
My focus
I work with clients from the late teens to seniors, helping with issues such as depression, anxiety, improving communication and interpersonal skills, management of attention and concentration, grief, loss, life changes, and past traumatic experiences.

Your well-being is my priority. Through personalized video counseling services, I offer a safe and nurturing environment to empower you to work through the challenges you are experiencing.
My journey to mental healthcare
I became a therapist to help others find the tools they need to make a difference in themselves that can be the stepping stone to making positive differences and self-direction. Together we can all make a difference in our own lives that has a positive impact on the lives of others.

In our first session, we will talk about what is bringing you to therapy, talk about how this affecting you and I'll gather information about your history and past experiences in counseling so we can ensure a good fit.
