My journey to mental healthcare
My decision to become a therapist was driven by my significant experiences within the criminal justice system and my personal journey navigating ADHD, depression, and eating disorders. These challenges have deeply influenced my career path, motivating me to pursue a profession dedicated to guiding others through similar struggles with compassion and professional insight.
