My approach mostly comes from training in Compassionate Inquiry, Internal Family Systems, and NLP; I have years of experience with trauma release and self-connection.

Anxious? Depressed? Disconnected? Hurting? Angry? I would help you to find yourself. I focus on trauma therapy; I am also Certified in Domestic Violence issues.

I was raised in trauma and suffered through my younger years, a lot of the work I share with my clients comes from my own healing journey.
