My name is Tiffany Quijano. I have been a therapist for 16 years. I provide a safe confidential setting for you to feel comfortable. I focus on goals you would like to accomplish and help you develop and use coping and calming skills. I provide a nice and relaxing environment for you to feel safe and listened to.

I provide a calm relaxing environment. Provide clients with support and guidance. Empathize with what they are going through. Clients feel supported and listened to by me.
My journey to mental healthcare
I started volunteering when I was younger at a cancer center due to my mom having cancer. It felt good to be able to help other people
