My name is Elizabeth "Anne" Gingerich and I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Florida. My approach is person-centered and empowerment-based working collaboratively with individuals to reach goals to live a life of success and happiness.
My approach
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, tailor to your individual needs, to help you recognize your strengths and understand that you are not alone. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment, and trauma-informed care. I can provide you with knowledge and tools to successfully adapt to life’s stressors. Using trauma-informed care and EMDR techniques, I can help you break free from past trauma and empower you to enact change.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma and can work with you in the comfort and safety of your home via telehealth.
