My journey to mental healthcare
I've experienced trauma and substance use issues in the past and found talk therapy to be extremely helpful. During my journey of personal growth, I realized that my many life experiences including, marriage, divorce, having children, and losing loved ones have helped me to connect empathetically to others. I became interested in learning how to help others with the challenges they face and decided to change careers. Now, I love what I do and have been a witness to the most amazing people as they work through their problems with the skills they learn in therapy.
