My name is Tiffany Martin and I am a licensed clinical social worker. My experience includes helping adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, stress, fears, abuse, low self-esteem, relationship and family issues, grief and loss, trauma, workplace conflicts, and life transitions.
My approach
I offer a variety of treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, expressive arts, etc. My priority is for you to feel valued, understood, and hopeful, as we work together to improve the quality of your life.
My focus
I have worked with a variety of clients diagnosed with anxiety, autism, ADHD, Bipolar, depression, and others often referred to as neurodivergent
My communication style
I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental safe space to explore, process, and heal. I will challenge you to replace negative patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting. I will be your biggest cheerleader, your advocate, your support in times of stress. You might not feel like it, but you are more brave than you seem and stronger than you know.
My journey to mental healthcare
I chose to become a therapist after a decade in the music education classroom. Music can offer healing. It brings people together in unique ways and I wanted to extend my outreach by helping people make meaningful lasting changes in their lives.
My goals for you
I encourage clients to reflect on their reason for seeking therapy and then help them produce SMART goals.
My first session with you
During your first session, we will spend time discussing your history and how you arrived at therapy as well as expectations for the therapeutic process.
