Juline holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling Psychology from Capella University (2013) and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from St. Leo University in Tampa, Florida. With a background in Behavioral Health Community Mental Health Case Management Supervision (CBHCMS), she specializes in aiding the chronically mentally ill, both in community and forensic settings.
