Hi, I’m Jill Mooney, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. My area of focus includes individual therapy with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, women’s health, anger management, and self-esteem issues. My journey to mental healthcare
I was drawn to a career in therapy by a deep desire to help others overcome their struggles and live happier, more fulfilling lives.
