My practice is dedicated to helping individuals with anxiety, depression, and stress. I have extensive experience working with Teens and College Students as well as bilingual families.

I am available both in person and online. As a therapist, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to succeed, and I feel the need to assist those who struggle with their mental health.
My journey to mental healthcare
I received my Masters from the University of South Florida and have been practicing for seven years. I am working on my doctoral degree at the University of Kentucky -DSW online program.

I always initiate conversations to fully grasp what truly matters to the client. I dive deep into their long-term aspirations and the values that drive them. This enables me to help establish goals with the client that not only target specific outcomes but also align with their personal vision.
My first session with you
During our first session together, we'll start by getting to know each other and then we'll focus on understanding the specific challenges you are facing. This will allow me to create a tailored plan to work through together in our future sessions.
