My approach

Today is a new day and, we can break life down to 1 day at a time. Dialectal Behavior Therapy teaches us about the balance between our emotional responses and logical responses. DBT further encourages us to readjust our actions (response-behaviors) in an intentional attempt to achieve the Wise Mind. This approach uses a cognitive framework for taking opposite action. Using Dialectal Behavior Therapy and Mindful CBT modalities, the Client is guided to mindfully reject old, futile behavior patterns and responses for the benefits of living in your Wise Mind Wise Mind = Middle Path. This is where we find acceptance, truth and freedom. We learn the action of letting. Including, letting go of the past.
