Hi, my name is Angel Kennedy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut. I work with individuals in order to help facilitate growth in self-esteem and symptom relief.
My approach
While I tailor my approach to each client, I primarily use insight-orientated therapy, solution-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy.
My focus
My experience includes working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and other life stressors.
