I work with primarily couples and individuals ages 16 and up. I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused approaches for couples. We'll deeply explore your concerns and collaboratively create a plan to help you reclaim your relationship. Many clients notice improvement within the first month.
