My approach
Amy has certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and she is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
My focus
Amy has found that her approach helps others create safe boundaries, transparency, intentionality, and time sensitive care. I am dedicated to helping others with anxiety, depression, trauma, family events, and Substance Use Disorders.

My journey to mental healthcare
Amy received a B.S. in Psychology and an M.A. in Professional Counseling. She has been inspired by clients who use their own natural giftings as she honors perspective. She has traveled extensively, she is culturally sensitive, and she has provided a parent's soul to those who just want to be uplifted.

My first session with you
"As we develop our initial connection, there will be time for each moment and experience that you want to share. Honoring your experience matters the most. Client and therapist should be synergistic as they sojourn through "issues" that can become solution focused dilemmas instead. We can develop awareness, increase social connectivity, and enrich the time you spend with others".
