My name is Kelsey Mammen, I am an LPC who specializes in sudden loss and grief. I utilize modalities like EMDR and deep brain reorienting in my practice.

I typically work with people who have experienced a sudden loss, grief, PTSD, and/or anxiety.
My communication style
I aim to be trauma informed in my work, so I am always striving to build a strong relationship with clients so they feel comfortable doing the deeper work. I am empathetic and compassionate, but also directive when needed.
My journey to mental healthcare
I am motivated to help others see the change they hope for. As someone who has experienced many losses in my life, I experienced how therapy helped me get back to living a joyful and fulfilled life, and I wish to share that with others.

Clients should expect that we will get to know each other, and that I will have clinical questions to ask them. I will also provide information about the modalities that I use in sessions.
