I am a Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addictions Counselor (ACD). I have 28 years of experience helping people in their journeys through addiction, trauma, and/or general mental health needs. I specialize in EMDR and CBT. I am an Army vet and understand the difficulties the military can present.

I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I am a cognitive behavioralist and I believe in holding clients accountable for their choices and encouraging them to work to accomplish their goals.
My journey to mental healthcare
I was in the Chaplain's corps while I was in the military. When I got out and trying to find something to do it was suggested that I look into becoming a therapist. I have had a heart for people always and decided this was the best way to help.

We would complete an assessment and see what their expectations from therapy will be.
