My first session with you

My therapeutic approach rooted in Carl Jung's principles (psychodynamic) allows me to delve deep into the subconscious to uncover underlying and 'root causes' of issues. Through the lens of psychodynamic and person-centered psychotherapy, I aim to unravel the complexities of one's inner world, fostering a sense of self-awareness and personal growth. I do this because it is highly effective at allowing for a truly authentic and profound exploration of emotions and behaviors that result in transformative experiences giving you new insights.
