I combine my education, professional, and real-world experience to provide gentle, honest, and insightful care within a compassionate, client-centered, spiritual approach. My therapeutic modalities include Attachment-based, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Couples Therapy, Dialectical (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Strength-Based, and Interpersonal approaches.

I specialize in working with individuals on issues related to Anxiety, Depression, Divorce, Domestic Violence, Family Conflict, Grief, Life Transitions, Parenting, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem, Stress, Trauma and PTSD, Racial Identity, Panic Attacks, Career Counseling, and Coping Skills.

My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to mental healthcare included completing practicum hours at Drew Child Development (300 hours), obtaining the majority of my clinical hours at Ocean View PHF/CNS Network, and gaining over 500 family/child hours at Didi Hirsch. I have a passion and purpose for being of meaningful service to others.
