It's true that change starts with the choice to seek support – and here you are! Let's take the next step together.
My approach
Through the use of Attachment Theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy, as well as drawing from Jungian Psychology, Solution-Focused training, and Grief and Bereavement psychotherapy, I have had the honor to help individuals move through difficult life experiences and discover a new sense of balance and purpose. I also look to holistic practices such as body wellness, artistic expression, and investment in health as key interventions in the process of change.
My focus
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive private practice and non-profit experience working with youth, couples, and families who have experienced relationship challenges, trauma, grief and loss, caring for family members with mental health or developmental and intellectual disabilities, as well as addiction and recovery from substance use disorders.
My communication style
I communicate with empathy and understanding, creating a safe space for open dialogue. Through active listening and thoughtful questions, I help you explore your experiences, emotions, and goals. My approach is collaborative - we work together to identify challenges, build on strengths, and find meaningful solutions.
My goals for you
My joy in this work is helping clients restore connections and offering hope through teaching and encouraging the creation of critical shifts that lead to meaningful transformations.
