I implement various techniques tailored to each person, focusing on depression and anxiety. My expertise extends from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Solution Focused Therapy. I provide a holistic and strength-based approach while empowering individuals to make the healthy changes necessary to lead meaningful and productive lives.

I specialize in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, thought disorders, women's issues, and concerns specific to older adults. I also provide support for career counseling, developing coping skills, navigating cultural stress, job stress, school issues, and building self-esteem.
