Life can be tough sometimes, and it has been for many people lately. Between the stress of a pandemic which has come with a great deal of health concerns, job stress, and financial issues and then there is still the rest of life and its stressors to deal with on top of that. At this point, no one is immune to mental distress, and no one should feel like they can't, shouldn't, or aren't worthy of having someone to help them through it. I can and want to be there for you in this way.
