Hi there, I'm Rebecca!

I am a resourceful and trustworthy therapist, licensed for over 20 years, specializing in adults struggling with mood, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transition, psychosis, personality, and substance use difficulties.

My approach

I use an integrated, trauma-informed, resiliency-enhancing approach that includes aspects of existential, cognitive-emotional-behavioral, and solution-focused therapeutic practices. I find that in the healing process, a fundamental issue is enhancing one's relationship with oneself.

My focus

I've helped many people develop an understanding of and compassion toward themselves and strategies to improve their life circumstances. I encourage you to trust in your ability to learn, heal, and grow—you've got this, you can do this, and you deserve to find your way.

My communication style

I communicate in an open, direct, yet caring manner. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard and supported. I'll ask clarifying questions to deeply understand your experiences. Through reflective listening and honest feedback, we'll work together to build insight and find solutions. I look forward to speaking with you.
