Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Donna Angel and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I specialize in self-love, self-compassion, depression, anxiety, body image issues, eating disorders, addiction, and mindfulness. It is my passion and joy to work with individuals and families seeking to improve their emotional well-being and live a fulfilling life.
