My therapeutic approach is tailored to your individual needs and may include techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and narrative therapy. We will work collaboratively to explore your unique experiences, challenges, and goals to create a treatment plan that best fits your needs.
My focus
I support my clients through life transitions, helping them adapt and find stability amidst change. Improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening bonds within family and relationships. Navigating societal pressure learning strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and low moods. Recognizing our self-worth and providing a safe space for individuals to express their grief and work through the stages of loss at their own pace.
