Hi there, I'm Erica!

My name is Erica Garcia, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in San Mateo, California. I work with individuals from different backgrounds facing a broad range of matters. I demonstrate a multicultural and trauma-focused perspective.

My approach

My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

My focus

I help clients who struggle with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Adjustment Disorders, and relationship problems.
