I am a passionate therapist dedicated to creating a safe space and building strong connections with my clients. With a Master of Social Work degree and specialized training in mindful self-compassion, I am well-equipped to support individuals navigating various life challenges.

My approach to therapy is grounded in fostering a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Attachment-based, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), EMDR, Mindfulness-Based, and Trauma-Focused approaches, tailoring my interventions to each client's unique needs.

I have extensive experience working with young adults, adults, parents, seniors, and families. My areas of specialty include treating trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. I am committed to helping clients of all ages navigate the challenges they face with compassion and support.

My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to mental healthcare began with a deep desire to make a positive difference in people's lives. Driven by a passion for understanding the human experience and a commitment to helping others, I pursued a Master of Social Work degree. Along the way, I gained specialized training in mindful self-compassion and became EMDRIA certified in EMDR, equipping me with powerful tools to support my clients' healing and growth.
