Hi there, I'm Alex!

My name is Alex Petro, I'm a therapist and licensed clinical social worker. I have dedicated my career to supporting and empowering individuals to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.

My approach

I approach therapy with compassion, understanding, and a deep commitment to helping my clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I utilize my experience in CBT, psychoanalysis, and family systems theory to guide my clients to their desired goals.

I have over 8 years of experience helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

My communication style

My focus in these sessions will be to create a safe and welcoming space for clients to share their struggles. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their specific needs.
