Hello! My name is Destinie Hoffmann and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a passion to work with clients who experience PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and/or Bipolar Disorder. I am driven to assist clients in building stronger self-esteem/self-love and more coping skills to add to their toolbox. I am focused on validating my client's life experiences and providing a safe and non-judgmental space to share. Thank You!
My approach
I prefer to emphasize the attachment styles and Client Centered Modalities. I also enjoy utilizing Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies.
My focus
I prefer to work with anyone who is experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorders. I have a specialty for treating anyone who experienced childhood trauma.
My communication style
I like to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to share. I emphasize providing consistent validation of my client's life experiences. I am a people person and value giving respect to all my clients.
My journey to mental healthcare
I grew up watching my family members go through mental health struggles and that led me to want a career where I can continue to help others heal from past traumas and mental health issues.

I like to provide a collaborative space to assist clients in developing their own personal treatment goals they would like to work on.

I provide a safe space to get to build rapport with my client and explore their history and validate their life experiences.
