My name is Sarah Brezden Kanaan. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life adjustments.

I typically work with individuals who are seeking help with symptoms such as anxiety and depression or who need more support during life transitions and relationship challenges.

I create a relaxed environment where clients are able to come as they are and find the support they need.
My journey to mental healthcare
I have always been interested in psychology and how we make sense of the world. I find it an honor to sit with others as they allow me to share in their story and help guide them through life.

My first session with you
First session includes assessment to ensure appropriate level of care and treatment for the client's needs as well as an overview of the client's background to gain further understanding of the complexities that the client faces.
