Hi. I'm Michelle Iankowitz. I'm a licensed therapist, certified clinical hypnotherapist, energy healer, and also a certified HeartMath Interventions practitioner. I do in-depth trauma and spiritual development work with highly motivated clients.
My approach
I'm a holistic practitioner who focuses on the heart, mind, body, and symptoms in order to understand my client's story more fully. I'm evidence-based with all interventions and tools I provide each of my clients.
My focus
My ideal client: Highly motivated, kind, ready to go into the unknown, curious about how to heal themselves, and believes in mutual respect for safety of both parties.
My communication style
My long-term clients describe working with me to feel like being in a soft meadow while running a military obstacle course spartan race. There is gentleness and safety as well as obstacles to help my clients to overcome.
My journey to mental healthcare
I come from a very toxic family system of abusers and narcissists, so from that, I felt guided to help those ready to heal from their own traumas and issues. I love watching my client let go of their shit and move forward while feeling lighter.

My first session with you
I believe in healthy boundaries while having a certain level of transparency with my clients. I think the first few sessions are good for building trust and rapport before digging into the work unless the client wishes to dig sooner.
