I have vast experience working with school-aged children, preteens, and adults in various settings, from outpatient to psychiatric hospitals, especially with those facing depression and anxiety.
My approach
I believe that clients have resilience and strengths, and that each person is their own best expert. However, due to various situations and factors, one may have difficulty recognizing or highlighting these qualities. My role is to be a tool to help you reach your utmost potential and break down barriers.

My specialties include anger management, anxiety, domestic violence, family conflict, grief, LGBTQIA+ issues, life transitions, OCD, parenting, relationship issues, self-esteem, self-harming, sexual abuse, stress, suicidal ideation, trauma and PTSD, racial identity, panic attacks, depression, and divorce.
My communication style
My communication style is warm, empathetic, and direct. I listen intently to understand your unique perspective and challenges. I ask thoughtful questions to help you gain clarity and insight. My feedback is honest yet supportive, guiding you to recognize your resilience and strength.
My goals for you
My goal is to help you recognize your own strengths and resilience, and to guide you in overcoming the challenges that may be preventing you from reaching your full potential. Together, we will work to break down the barriers standing in your way.
My first session with you
