Hi, my name is Camesha Harper and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Through your therapeutic journey, I will meet you exactly where you are. Therapy can be scary and filled with uncertainty. We will work on the goals that you identify and together develop a plan of action.
My approach
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting, Maternal Mental Health. I have found these strategies to be highly effective in managing changes to mood, motivation, decreasing stress, and healing.

I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced traumas in life, anxiety, depression, stress, anger, mood disorders, dysregulation, and BIPOC stressors.

Part of why I became a therapist is to provide guidance without judgment or bias and to walk alongside you through your journey. I strongly believe in the power of people and understand that change and life transitions can be challenging and very scary.
