My name is Clarissa Delgado-Salas and I am passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves while healing generational trauma.
My approach
I would say that I am a very strength-based therapist. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and I am just here to guide you as you figure out what works best for you.
My focus
I work with young adult clients who suffer from Life Coaching, Anxiety, Coping Skills, Depression, Mood Disorders, and Panic Attacks.

My communication style is strength-based and empathetic towards my clients.
My journey to mental healthcare
I became interested in therapy after discovering that everything around us plays a role in our mental health. Learning to identify those eternal factors and ways to cope with them became a life dream for me.

Working together with my clients in creating big goals and small objectives that we can mark off as they happen.

Our first session is a time to get to know each other and for me to understand what in life has led you to where you are today.
