My name is Susie Pick and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Orange County, CA. I work with clients throughout California via telehealth. I specialize in working with children and adolescents, who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

My approach is tailored to the unique needs of each individual, creating a safe and supportive environment where young people feel heard and understood. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to challenge negative thought patterns and to help develop healthy coping strategies.

It is important that I understand how you are feeling and give you the opportunity to discuss your concerns. The goal is to help you feel comfortable and supported.
