Hello! Welcome to a safe space. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who is passionate about supporting all of my clients through challenges to experience healing and growth in their lives.
My approach
My clinical approach of practice is client-centered, solution-focused therapy and trauma-informed care. I am trained in EMDR and critical incident stress management. Furthermore, I will meet you with empathy, open-mindedness, and unconditional positive regard. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients and developing a treatment plan that works for you. Life has its stressors and there are avenues to working through those stressors in order to establish an actualized self. With dedication and passion, I believe that therapy is a powerful tool that can assist you in improving your quality of life while dealing with life’s adversities.
My focus
I specialize in working with first responders and their families. I also work with nonfirst responders who are looking to work through traumas, anxiety, and depression.

I provide a therapeutic environment that is compassionate and challenging where you can explore your personal potential. You will find me to be energetic and empathetic, using humor and clarity to explore your life's situation.
My goals for you
I approach each client as a unique individual. I work in a collaborative way to assist clients in discovering solutions to their unique and diverse challenges. Goals are always reviewed and revised as needed. I look forward to helping you identify and express your thoughts and feelings, clarify your needs and goals, determine effective strategies, and support and encourage your decisions.
