My therapy style is strength-based. I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral considering the person in their environment. Often what is needed is a safe place to be heard. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Goal setting in the therapeutic process is a joint effort between the client and therapist. It's based on your hopes and expectations for your future.
My first session with you
Your first session will be crafted to provide ample feedback to the therapist in order to craft goals for future sessions. Depending on the issues that are presented, I may be able to provide feedback for immediate solutions and problem-solving. Essentially, I want to hear your story, your dreams, and what is currently interrupting your fulfillment of an optimal outcome.
